This Privacy Policy Is An Electronic Record In The Form Of An Electronic Contract Formed Under The Information Technology Act, 2000 And The Rules Made Thereunder And The Amended Provisions Pertaining To Electronic Documents/Records In Various Statutes As Amended By The Information Technology Act, 2000 This Privacy Policy Does Not Require Any Physical, Electronic Or Digital Signature.
The Terms “We/Us/Our/Zeta” Individually And Collectively Refer To Zeta Car tech Private Limited And The Terms “You/Your/Yourself” Refer To The Users/Members Under Membership Agreement This Privacy Policy Is A Legally Binding Document Between You And Zeta (Both Terms Defined Above).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Zeta Car tech Private Limited (“Company”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information of customers and partners in relation to the self-drive car rental services provided through its Android/iOS application/any other mode (“Application”).This Policy is governed by the laws and acts of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 as amended from time to time.
1.1 Customers: When a customer uses the Application, the Company may collect personal information such as name, contact details, email address, driving license information, and payment details. This information is collected to facilitate the rental process, provide customer support, and for internal record-keeping purposes. The Company may also collect location information to enablethe tracking and monitoring of rented vehicles.
1.2 Partners: When a partner attaches their car with the Company for earning, the Company maycollect personal information such as name, contact details, vehicle information, and payment details.This information is collected to facilitate the partnership, manage earnings, and for internal recordkeeping purposes.

2.1 The Company takes appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards.

This Policy shall be read together with the other terms and condition of the Application/Website viz, Membership Agreement and Fees Policy being displayed on the application/website www.zetacartech.com .
